Weddings
- BabyCakes would love to celebrate your special day with you! Cupcakes are a whimsical and contemporary yet sophisticated and traditional alternative to wedding cake. You and your guests will love the visual display and ease of self service and everyone will love our delicious BabyCakes. We work with you to create a cupcake menu for your wedding day that helps to reflect your personal style from custom flavors, color combinations and display options. BabyCakes offers delivery and set-up to make your wedding day go as smooth as possible. What a sweet way to celebrate a future of lifetime memories!
Our wedding pricing is by the cupcake rather than by the dozen which allows for custom orders. Cupcakes compare favorably with traditional wedding cakes which are priced by the slice and often incur an additional cutting/serving charge.
Minimum: 100 standard cupcakes Pricing: $3.00 to $3.25/cupcake; choose from our extensive flavor list or ask about custom combinations
Jumbo or Grande cupcake for the couple’s cutting ceremony $15/$58
Tastings can be arranged by appointment and purchase price is deducted from total cost.
Booking requires a signed contract and a deposit of 1/2 of the total cost with the balance due 10 days before the wedding.
BabyCakes packs a complementary to-go box for the bride and groom to enjoy on their wedding night!

- Life is full of reasons to celebrate! BabyCakes provides artisan cupcakes for life’s special moments-from wedding showers, baby showers, dinner parties, birthdays and anniversaries, or any other reason you can find to celebrate BabyCakes are a delicious alternative.
BabyCakes has also worked with corporations to develop cupcakes to promote their business or product. From the Louisville Zoo in celebration of the new polar bear exhibit to Heaven Hill and their wonderful PAMA product we are proud to create a dessert that is both beautiful and delicious.

The tradition of special seasonal flavors and foods for certain times of the year are a major part of our philosophy. - BabyCakes believes in the gift of giving and can help make your gifts memorable to the recipient. Some of our most popular gifts are BabyCakes gift certificates or a “subscription” to our cupcake club where we deliver cupcakes each month for as month months as you desire!
